This ranch style with hip-roof was constructed in 2004. The front deck is covered and constructed from redwood. This home has an attached 2 car finished garage. The ceilings are customized tray ceilings with hand texture. Cabinets are oak with crown molding. Flooring in kitchen and dining area, is pre-finished oak hardwood.
